What is the 'Email Students their Grades' feature?
The 'Email Students their Grades' feature sends each student a secure link to access their individual student report.
The report contains:
The student's percentage grade*
The student's raw score
A corrected version of the student's test sheet
*If the grades have been adjusted, the student report will feature the adjusted percentage grade.
💡 You can preview the student report and what the student will receive using the 'Report' column on the 'Responses' tab.
How to Email Students their Grades
1. Click 'View Results' on the course dashboard.
2. Go to the 'Responses' Tab.
3. Click the 'Actions' dropdown menu and select 'Email Students their Grades'.
💡You can use Single Student Actions to email specific student(s) their individual report.
4. Customize the email subject line and message.
5. Choose to show the correct answers on the corrected test sheet.
When unchecked, Akindi will only display checkmarks and 'X's next to each question.
When checked, Akindi will display a checkmark or the correct answer (eg. 'A') next to each question.
6. Click 'Send'.
7. After the email is sent, an 'Email' column is added to the 'Responses' tab displaying the email status.
