Download the custom audience (initial file that has been uploaded).

Advertisers can replace the file and upload an updated file.
Advertisers can change the app association and choose specific apps to associate the audience with.
Advertisers can delete the audience (please note that when deleting an audience, the campaigns targeting this audience continue to keep targeting this audience)
