A preferential price allows you to set different prices on each of the delivery platforms you have integrated with Ebriza.
You can add this from the menu point Configuration - Products for each product individually, by clicking the three dots - Edit.
For example, product X will have the following prices:
Location: 30 RON
Bolt Food: 29 RON
Glovo: 31 RON
You will add the preferential prices from the Delivery Platform Price point by clicking the button +Add Delivery Platform Price and setting the prices by selecting the platform and the corresponding price.
When synchronizing the menu with each platform, it will take the set preferential price.
If a product has no delivery platform price for a platform, orders from that platform and the menu sync use the location price of that location, if you set one. Otherwise, the base price is used. If you set a lower price on a location for in-store sales and want the platform to keep a different price, also add a delivery platform price for the product before the next sync. Otherwise, the sync sends the location price to the platform.
Important: This functionality is available if you have installed one of the integration apps in your account (e.g., Bolt Food).
How to start the sync: from your Ebriza admin account, opened in a browser: Apps → the platform's app (Bolt Food, Wolt or Glovo) → on the brand's row, tap the sync icon (the circle with two arrows to the right of the brand name, next to the pencil) and confirm. Only that brand is synced. To sync all brands on the platform at once, use the yellow "Sync all brands" button at the top of the page. The pencil opens the brand's settings, it does not start the sync.

Frequently asked questions
Q: What happens if I change a product's price in Ebriza but don't sync the menu with the delivery platforms?
A: If you make price changes in Ebriza (Configuration → Products) but do NOT sync with the delivery platforms, prices will differ between the two systems:
In Ebriza, the new prices will appear and will be printed on fiscal receipts.
On the delivery platform (Glovo / Bolt Food / Wolt), the old prices will remain.
This causes mismatches at checkout. Any menu or price change made in Ebriza must be synced to the delivery platforms: Apps → the platform's app → on the brand's row, the sync icon (the circle with two arrows next to the pencil) → confirm. For all brands at once, use the yellow "Sync all brands" button at the top of the page.
Q: I set a preferential price for a platform but the displayed price still hasn't changed. What should I check?
A:
Verify again in Configuration → Products that the preferential price is correctly saved for that platform.
Check whether the Dine-In option is enabled (Bolt-specific) — when Dine-In is active, the system sends the location prices, not the preferential ones.
Re-run the menu sync: Apps → the platform's app → on the brand's row, the sync icon (the circle with two arrows next to the pencil) → confirm. For all brands at once, use the yellow "Sync all brands" button at the top of the page.
Q: Can I change prices for all products at once on a delivery platform (Bolt/Glovo/Wolt)?
A: No. Delivery-platform prices are set manually, individually, for each product in the Nomenclature, in the delivery-platform price section. After setting the prices, sync the menu with that platform, otherwise the new prices stay only in Ebriza.
Q: Can I use the import/export function to change delivery prices?
A: No. The import/export function is used only for in-location products. For preferential delivery-platform prices, changes are made manually, product by product.
Q: Can I schedule a delivery price in advance so that it takes effect on a specific date?
A: Yes. The row in the Delivery platform price section has, in addition to the platform and Price + VAT, a From date field — you can enter the new price in advance, and it will take effect on the selected date.
However, there is one additional step compared to location-based prices: the delivery platform displays the price it received during the last menu synchronization. If you synchronize the menu before the selected date, the platform will still receive the old price because the new price was not yet active at that time.
Therefore, for scheduled delivery prices, synchronize the menu again on the day the new price takes effect (Apps → the platform's app → the sync icon on the brand's row, the circle with two arrows next to the pencil, or "Sync all brands" for every brand)
Q: I changed a product's price only on one location. Why did it also change on delivery orders?
A: Because, without a delivery platform price, that location's delivery orders use the location price. If you want a different price on the platform, add it under Delivery platform price and only then run Sync menu. If you run the sync first, the location price goes to the platform.
