Accessing AI Review
Opening AI Review:
You can access AI Review through the toolbar or within the AI Drafter and AI Chat interfaces where review options are available.
Reviewing Responses
Bringing Over Responses:
Import your response from AI Draft by selecting the appropriate option to bring the content into AI Review.
Inputting Requirements:
Open the solicitation document and locate the specific requirement you want to check against.
Copy the requirement and paste it into the Requirement section within AI Review.
Running AI Review
Initiating the Review:
Once you've input your response and the corresponding requirement, click the Run AI Review button.
Understanding Review Results
Proposal Evaluation:
The AI Review will provide a comprehensive evaluation of your proposal, including:
Compliance Score: Indicates how well your response meets the requirement.
Readability Level: Assesses the clarity and readability of your response.
Completeness Score: Evaluates how complete your response is.
Overall Evaluation: Provides a general assessment of the response.
Identifying Areas for Improvement:
The review will also highlight:
Potential Risks: Lists any risks identified in your response.
Ideas for Differentiation: Suggestions for making your response stand out.
Score Improvement Tips: Recommendations for improving your scores.
Summary Table:
The AI Review generates a summary table consisting of criteria and comments, with scores attached for each row.
Finalizing Reviews
Incorporating Feedback:
Review the evaluation, risks, differentiation ideas, and improvement tips.
Make necessary adjustments to your response based on the feedback provided.
Saving and Exporting:
Save the reviewed response and export it for submission or further use.
Additional Features
Review History:
Keep track of changes and revisions with the review history feature.
Access previous versions of documents if needed.
Integration with AI Drafter and AI Chat:
Seamlessly switch between AI Drafter, AI Chat, and AI Review to refine and develop content.
