Quick Actions at Assistant Creation: Quick Actions can now be added at the time of creating Assistants, eliminating the need to edit them in later. This streamlines the setup process of assistants and makes it one step quicker to add in Quick Actions.

Generate Summary in Bid Search Details Modal: The "Generate Summary" feature is now active within the Bid Search Details modal. Although it currently appears in grey, it will be updated to blue in the next release for better visibility. The generated summary is not yet saved within the system, but users can now access this feature to quickly review bid details.

Opportunity Header Consolidation: The header at the top of an opportunity in the Pipeline has been changed to a more consolidated view with a dropdown menu, providing a cleaner and more organized display for users.

CSV File Uploads: CSV files are now recognized as acceptable file types for uploads in the File Viewer, enhancing data integration capabilities.

Text-to-Speech (Commercial Only): A new text-to-speech feature is now available for commercial users only, allowing for auditory content delivery. This feature is currently non-functional in government environments.

Assistant Tagging and Search: Assistants can now be tagged, and users can search for Assistants by tag, facilitating easier navigation and organization.

AI Analysis Fit Match: AI Analysis now prompts users to determine a fit match based on their company profile. If confirmed, a table with a fit match score is provided, offering valuable insights for decision-making.

Web Scraper Issues: Resolved issues affecting the web scraper not functioning, ensuring more accurate and reliable data extraction when using this feature.

Spreadsheet Editing in File Previewer: Editing a spreadsheet within the file previewer and saving changes now functions correctly. This feature is not enabled for DOCX or PDF files, this is only for XLSX files.

Compliance Matrix Generation: Improved compliance matrix generation using the o3 model, which should result in significantly better outcomes. Note that o3 generation is currently available only in commercial environments; government environments will continue using the default model.

Backend enhancements have been applied to support these new features and fixes, improving system performance and reliability.

Exportable Accounts: Users can now export account information, providing easier access and management of account data outside of Awarded AI.

Enhanced Table Formatting in Chat: Tables in AI Chat now support multiple lines within a cell, improving readability and organization. The previous issue of <br> tags appearing in cells has been resolved, providing a cleaner display.

Session Attachment to Opportunities: Users can now attach sessions to both manually added and Bid Search opportunities again after a known issue with attaching sessions to opportunities in the Pipeline.

Improved Chat Error Handling: The chat interface has been updated to handle errors more gracefully. Instead of freezing or disabling the send button entirely, the system will now prompt users to retry or select a different model.

File Attachment Persistence in Drafts: When attaching a file in AI Draft and navigating away, the file will now remain attached upon returning to the draft session. This ensures continuity and reliability when utilizing other features in Awarded AI.

Numerous backend and infrastructure enhancements have been implemented to support these new features and improve overall system stability and performance.

Export Naming from AI Draft: Exported files from AI Draft will now adopt the session name as the file name, making it easier to identify your AI Draft session after it is exported as either a PDF file or a DOCX file.

CSV Import to Pipeline: The functionality to import CSV files into the pipeline is now fully operational. Users must ensure that entries in the Agency or Set-Aside code fields correspond to actual options available in the app's dropdown menu. For detailed instructions, please refer to the instructional video.

Company Profile Updates: The "Attach Files" field has been hidden from the Company Profile to streamline the interface until additional updates are applied to the Company Profile.

Numerous backend, infrastructure, and future release enhancements have been merged to increase performance and prepare for upcoming features. These changes are mostly hidden or feature-flagged and are part of our ongoing commitment to improving the platform's reliability and scalability.

PDF Previewer Replacement: The PDF previewer has been updated for improved reliability and efficiency when opening and viewing a document. Below is a screenshot of the new layout for the PDF previewer.

AI Draft Action Improvements: Enhancements have been made to the Actions on selected text in AI Draft. Now, when the output is received, the cursor resets to the beginning of the new output, eliminating the need to scroll back to the top. This improvement clarifies the distinction between the prompt and the output, allowing users to easily navigate and comprehend the text.

AI Draft Functionality: The issue with saving and exporting AI Drafts has been resolved, ensuring a smoother drafting process.

Compliance Matrix Appearance: The Generate Compliance Matrix tool now features an improved design, enhancing readability and presentation.

Text Pasting Issues: Addressed issues related to pasting text in certain areas, ensuring consistent and reliable text input.

Embedded Video Fixes: Resolved problems with embedded videos that were previously blocked in the Tool Tips across Awarded AI.

Notification Infrastructure: Introduced the backend infrastructure for notifications, paving the way for future updates that will enhance in-app communication.

Send to Draft Functionality: The issue preventing the "Send to Draft" feature from working has been resolved, this will allow you to easily send content from AI Chat to AI Draft sessions once again.

File Recognition in Assistant Instructions: Enhancements have been implemented to improve the system's capability to identify attached files within AI Assistant Instructions, resulting in more precise and efficient handling of these files when using an AI Assistant.

Enhanced File Search: The Global Search and Files search features now allow you to efficiently search for files nested within folders, making it easier to locate the documents you need.

Improved Search Performance: We have eliminated the input delay when using the Search in Files feature, resulting in a much smoother and more responsive search experience. The search bar in Files used to have a bug that would cause the text typed into the search bar to glitch.

Company Profile Relocation: The Company Profile has been moved from the Datahub to the Sources button in AI Chat. This change is part of our plan to further rework the Company Profile and improve the Knowledge features in Awarded AI. To access the Company Profile to add and edit information, simply go to Sources in the AI Chat Window and click on "Company Profile."

Profile Images: Users can now successfully upload and display profile images.

Draft Management from Chat: When sending content to a new draft from chat, the new draft now appears in the list immediately. This allows users to continue adding content to the draft without needing to refresh the page, streamlining the workflow.

Web Search Reliability: We've made some enhancements to the web search feature, which should improve its performance in certain situations. However, we are aware that it may still not function perfectly every time, and we're actively working to address these issues in upcoming updates.

Bid Analysis Window: A fix has been implemented to allow users to close the Bid Analysis window even when the browser window is small, ensuring better accessibility and user experience.

Profile Cleanup: Various small fixes have been applied to the Company Profile, including:

Date Range Picker on Reports: A new date range picker has been added to reports, enhancing the ability to filter and analyze data over specific time periods.

Other UI Improvements: Various small user interface improvements have been made to enhance overall usability and user experience.

Team Assignment to Opportunities and Tasks: Users can now assign team members to opportunities as well as specific tasks within those opportunities. This feature facilitates better collaboration and task management, ensuring that all team members are aligned and accountable for their responsibilities on each opportunity.

Idle Session Management: An idle session notice has been implemented, and the idle session logout timer has been increased to 30 minutes. This change aims to allow Users to stay logged in to Awarded AI during periods of inactivity.

Attaching Sessions to Opportunities: The process of attaching sessions to opportunities added via Bid Search has been improved. Sessions now appear in the list of options to link to an opportunity.

File Tagging: The functionality for adding tags to existing file uploads has been corrected, ensuring that new tags are now applied properly.

Compliance Matrix Generation: Compliance matrices generated without any identified requirements are now clearly indicated as such within the generated spreadsheet, improving clarity and documentation.

File Viewer Display Issue: Resolved an issue where the file viewer was not displaying Excel files correctly. This update ensures that users can view and interact with Excel documents seamlessly.

Semantic Searching in AI Draft: Resolved a bug affecting semantic searching with attached files in the Draft module, enhancing the accuracy and reliability of results and responses from the AI.

Bug Fix - AI Review session don't clear when selecting a New Review Session: Resolved an issue where initiating a new review did not properly reset the AI review session, ensuring that all previous session data is cleared and a fresh session is started.

Bug Fix - Assistant records are not consistently displayed on window initialization: Fixed a problem where assistant records would occasionally fail to display correctly when the window is first opened, ensuring consistent visibility and access to all records.

Bug Fix - Firefox browser flickering on UI pop-up windows: Addressed an issue with flickering pop-up windows when using the Firefox browser, resulting in a smoother and more stable user interface experience.

Bug Fix - Quick action prompts only work first time, unless user reloads page: Corrected a defect where quick action prompts would only function on their first use, requiring users to reload the page for subsequent actions, thereby improving usability.

Bug Fix - Accounts case sensitive issue on tags filter: Fixed the tags filter to handle account names in a case-insensitive manner, allowing for more accurate and user-friendly filtering of accounts.

Bug Fix - Prompts Persisting Across Sessions: Resolved an issue where prompts would persist across different user sessions, ensuring that each session starts with a clean slate and previous prompts do not interfere.

Included in the latest update for Awarded AI are enhancements to its diagnostic capabilities, allowing users to better identify and resolve issues. This update also includes important security enhancements to protect against vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with current security standards. Further updates were also added to the Global Assistants Library. Additionally, the update includes prerequisites for upcoming improvements to the capability matrix functionality, setting the stage for more advanced capability management.

Included were updates to fix issues with files disappearing from folders after renaming the file, updates to fix issues with files disappearing from folders after tagging the file, new tagging updates to ensure that files can be properly tagged for easier tracking of files and folders., and new build improvements on this most recent release.

Included were updates to address and fix issues with syncing files and folders with special characters, file viewer resizing which now adjusts the viewer according to the size of your screen, capability to select the checkbox for attaching sessions to opportunities, and some additional changes and updates to support upcoming features.
