Account termination happens when core rules are violated. It’s not random, and it’s not discretionary — it’s rule-based.
Here are the main reasons an account can be terminated:
• Breaching your Maximum Loss Limit (MLL)
• Violating daily loss limits
• Holding positions overnight or over the weekend if your account type doesn’t allow it
• Using prohibited strategies, automation, or copy trading without approval
• Exploiting platform errors, latency, or pricing issues
• Violating Terms & Conditions or your Account Agreement
In short — if a rule is clearly defined and it’s broken, the account is considered breached.
We don’t terminate accounts for normal trading losses. Losses are part of the process. Termination only happens when risk rules or compliance rules are violated.
If you’re ever unsure whether something is allowed, ask before placing the trade. Protecting your account is part of trading professionally.
