Our affiliate program is built on transparency and professionalism. If you’re promoting 10-Four, we expect responsible marketing that protects both your reputation and ours.

Here’s what’s expected.

Do’s

• Follow all guidelines outlined in the affiliate agreement

• Use only approved marketing materials or content that has been cleared

• Present accurate and honest information about our programs

• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in your promotions

• Keep any non-public company information confidential

Don’ts

• Do not bid on our brand name or branded keywords through paid ads (Google or other platforms)

• Do not use misleading claims, fake promises, or exaggerated earnings

• Do not spam via email, direct messages, or unsolicited outreach

• Do not use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without permission

• Do not engage in any activity that harms our reputation or violates applicable laws

Violations may result in commission cancellation, account termination, or removal from the affiliate program.

If you’re unsure whether something is allowed, ask before promoting. It’s always better to clarify upfront.
