Daily Loss Limit

Funded accounts have a daily loss limit. Hitting the limit is a soft breach — trading is paused until the next session opens at 6:00 PM ET. It does not close or reset your account. The limit resets each session.

Trailing Drawdown

The trailing drawdown works identically to evaluation. Your floor follows your highest end-of-day balance upward and is enforced in real-time. Touching the floor at any point during the day permanently closes the funded account.

Drawdown Lock

Once your funded account's end-of-day balance reaches your starting balance plus your drawdown amount plus $100, the drawdown floor locks permanently at $100 above your starting balance. Locked floors are:

  • $25,000 account — floor locks at $25,100

  • $50,000 account — floor locks at $50,100

  • $100,000 account — floor locks at $100,100

  • $150,000 account — floor locks at $150,100

After the lock, your floor never moves again regardless of gains or losses. This happens at the same point you first become eligible to request a payout.

No Consistency Rule

The 40% consistency rule from evaluation disappears once you are funded. A single large winning day has zero impact on payout eligibility.

Microscalping Rule

The microscalping rule continues on funded accounts. At least 50% of your trades must be held longer than 10 seconds, and at least 50% of your total profit must come from those trades.

Account Maintenance

A minimum of 1 trade per 30 days is required to keep a funded account active. You may hold up to 5 funded accounts simultaneously across all account types.

Breached Funded Accounts

A funded account that breaches the trailing drawdown is closed permanently.

What Is Not Allowed

  • Breaching the trailing drawdown at any point during the trading day

  • Exceeding your contract limits for your current scaling tier

  • Holding opposite positions on the same instrument simultaneously — including across different accounts

  • Holding mini and micro contracts within the same account simultaneously (a 10-second grace period applies to resolve accidental conflicts)

  • Copy trading from external sources (accounts yo don't own) or signal services

  • HFT bots or automated strategies not solely owned by you

  • Latency arbitrage, spoofing, or platform manipulation

What Is Allowed

  • Scalping — subject to the microscalping rule

  • All Tier 1 news events — no restrictions in evaluation or funded

  • Copy trading from accounts you personally own at any firm — external signal services and shared strategies are not permitted
