If you press and hold the emergency help button, an alarm is sent to our emergency dispatch center. 

The first thing our operators will do is call you. The watch cannot make or receive phone calls, so the operator will call the phone number you entered when setting up your account.

If you do not answer the call from our operators, our team is instructed to escalate to local 911 services. It is critical that you are near your phone and answer anytime you press the emergency help button.

We also automatically send out text messages to any emergency contacts with mobile phones listed in your account. They will receive a link to a status page about your emergency, including whether it's been cancelled or not.
