Within the Enrollments section of the 100Plus portal you can view the status of your patient enrollment including: successfully providing all necessary contact information, signing the Patient Agreement, and completed enrollment. When the patient enrollment is complete, devices are ready to be shipped. You will be able to view corresponding tracking information by clicking on the small truck icon that will appear above the patient's name in the patient enrollment list.
