We can set up an additional account under your practice for any new emails that you want to receive the population health level alerts. Then, we can opt-out of the other emails for your practice that you do not want to receive alerts on.

Additional provider accounts can be added via the Settings section in your 100Plus portal. The Settings section is also where you can customize your email settings for the Population Health Management alerts.
