End-of-Day Drawdown
10FOUR Instant accounts use an End-of-Day Drawdown (EOD) system to determine the Max Loss Limit (MLL).
At the end of each trading session, the system calculates the account's highest closing balance
The Max Loss Limit increases as the balance increases
Once the account passes the initial trailing balance, the Max Loss Limit locks
When a payout is requested, the Max Loss Limit adjusts to the locked balance
Drawdown Parameters by Account Size
Account Size | Max Loss Limit | Fixed DLL | Max Size |
$25,000 | $1,000 | None | 2 minis or 20 micros |
$50,000 | $2,000 | $1,200 | 4 minis or 40 micros |
$100,000 | $3,500 | $2,100 | 6 minis or 60 micros |
$150,000 | $5,000 | $3,000 | 10 minis or 100 micros |
Max Loss & EOD Trail Locks
| Max Loss Limit | Trail locks once your balance reaches: | MLL locks permanently at:
|
$25,000 | $1,000 | $26,100 | $25,100 |
$50,000 | $2,000 | $52,100 | $50,100 |
$100,000 | $3,500 | $103,600 | $100,100 |
$150,000 | $5,000 | $155,100 | $150,100 |
Daily Loss Limit (DLL)
Instant account sizes include a Daily Loss Limit (DLL) — a fixed amount you cannot lose within a single trading session. The DLL resets at the start of each new session. If your losses reach the DLL, trading is halted for that session.
The 25K account has no Daily Loss Limit.
Account Size | Daily Loss Limit (DLL) |
$25,000 | — |
$50,000 | $1,200 |
$100,000 | $2,100 |
$150,000 | $3,000 |
If your session losses reach the Daily Loss Limit, trading is halted for that session. This is considered a soft breach, and you can continue trading in the next session.
Additional Clarification
The MLL rises with your closing balance until the trail is reached
Once the trail is exceeded, the MLL locks at the initial balance plus $100
If the account balance reaches the MLL, the account is considered breached
Taking a payout automatically locks your MLL
