If your horse is scratched, 123bet defaults to track rules regarding scratched runners. If the bet is a boxed or legged wager, the scratched runner is simply removed and the bet remains live if possible. If the scratched runner voids the bet, then you will receive a full refund for the cost of that wager. Picks wagers default to track rules (post time favorite, full refund of bet, etc.)
