Roles define the access to the Return Bird merchant dashboard.

Roles are defined at the following levels:

  • Data access: set access to returns, users, and settlement memos

  • Module access: set access to the different modules:

    • Support desk

    • Service (Support desk classic)

    • OPS control

    • Insights (classic)

    • Settings

  • Feature access: set access to specific features:

    • Support desk: create return, authorize return, settle return, support desk insights

    • OPS control: resolve shipping issue, book pickup, ops control insights

    • Create return by agent (Support desk classic)

  • Channel access: set access to returns from specific channels (portals)

  • Return types: set access to returns from specific return policies

  • Return origin regions: set access to returns from specific regions/countries

  • Return destinations: set access to returns to specific destinations

  • Return carriers: set access to returns from specific carriers
