The shipment pickup mail is optional and will be automatically sent when a pickup booking for the return has been made.

This is the default set up of the shipment pickup mail. The values between {{....}} should not be removed or translated. The system dynamically puts the right data for the return.

Title:

Pickup confirmation for return {{ ReturnReference }}

Header:

Dear {{ CustomerAddressee }},

We have scheduled a pickup booking for your return {{ ReturnReference }}. The courier will collect the shipment on {{ BookingDateTime }}.

Footer:

Please use confirmation number {{ BookingConfirmationNumber }} when you hand over the shipment to the courier.In case you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.
