Receiving a return is supported in two ways as defined in the settings of a Return Policy:

  • Light Processing: Receive a return is supported in the service module of the Merchant Dashboard.

  • Advanced Processing: Receive a return is supported in Return Dock.

Receive a return in the Service Module

The receive button is visible if the return is in the appropriate status:

After the receiving step the status of the returns can reach the following status:

  1. From Logistics/Requested to Processing/Received: the return has been received and is ready for check-in.

  2. From Logistics/Submitted to Processing/Received: the return has been received and is ready for check-in.
