Reject a return

A return can also be rejected. All returns with the status "authorization/requested" can be rejected. In the return summary 2 action button appear under Available Actions:

  1. Authorize return request

  2. Reject return request

Clicking the "Reject return request" button opens a screen in which the reject reason can be added. The reject reason is included in the Return Rejected Mail.

The status of the returns can reach the following status:

  1. From Authorization/Requested to Authorization/Rejected: the return has been rejected.
