If you’ve completed a sprint session but the data isn't appearing in Stacks, it is usually because the video files are still queued for upload on the recording device. Follow these steps to locate and sync your missing data.

1. Identify the Recording Device(s)

First, ensure you have access to every phone used during the session. If you switched phones at the sprint station at any point, the data remains stored locally on those specific devices until the upload is complete.

2. Check for "Pending Assessments"

The most common reason for missing data is a pending upload. To check this:

  • Open the BreakAway Speed app on all phones used for the session.

  • Navigate to the Pending Assessments page.

  • If you see videos listed here, stay on this screen and ensure the phone has a stable internet connection.

3. Sync and Verify

Once the app confirms that the assessments have finished uploading:

  • Log back into Stacks.

  • Refresh your dashboard to view the updated sprint data.

Note: For the best experience, keep the BreakAway Speed app open and active while the assessments are uploading to prevent the process from being interrupted.

Best Practices for Future Sessions

  • Consistency: Try to use the same device for the entire session to keep all data in one queue.

  • Connection: Check that your devices are connected to a strong Wi-Fi network before leaving the track to ensure data hits Stacks immediately.
