🔐 Password recovery
If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps:
On the login page, click “Forgot password?”
Enter the phone number, email, or account ID linked to your account.
Receive the recovery code via SMS or email.
Enter the code and create a new password.
Click “Continue” to save the changes.
⚠️ Note: If you see the message “Contact customer support”, it means the recovery attempt limit has been reached. Please contact support to reset your password.
🆕 Creating a new password
To manually change your password:
Go to Settings → Security.
Enter your current password.
Type and confirm the new password.
Click “Change password”.
💡 Tip: For your security, update your password from time to time.
