You can change your email in two ways:
🔹 On your own:
Log in to your account → go to Personal details.
Click on your current email address.
Enter the new one and confirm it via email or SMS.
🔹 Through support (if you can’t change it yourself):
Send the following via live chat:
New email address;
Reason for the change;
A photo of the first page of your passport or ID card next to a paper with the following written on it:
“For email correction at 1King”;
New email address;
Current date (dd.mm.yyyy).
📩 After verification, your data will be updated, and the new address will be linked to your account.
