Incident PDF Email Delivery: When incident PDFs exceed 10MB, emails now include a secure download link instead of attaching the file. This ensures email delivery across all email servers with different size limits. A new setting allows you to always use the download link option rather than automatic size calculation.
Note: With recent improvements (compressed photos, paperclip attachments excluded from PDFs), large file sizes are now much less common.

Incident V2 Status Visibility: All users can now see the current incident status, regardless of whether they're part of the incident category workflow

Incident Builder: Fixed icon display for nested questions (questions that depend on multiple trigger questions)

Incident Register Display: Fixed issue where the page would display incorrectly when a search returned only one incident, causing the record to be partially hidden
Incident Register: Your column sort order preferences are now saved correctly and persist across sessions
App

Incident V2 - App Update Required: V2 incidents now require the latest app version to prevent incomplete forms from being submitted. Please update your app to continue accessing V2 incidents
Incident V2 Drafts: Draft incidents now show the incident name (e.g., child name) as the draft title, making it easier to identify saved drafts
Incident V2 - Continue Editing: When submitting an incident and selecting 'Continue Editing', you now stay on the section you were viewing (Details, Investigation, or Comments) instead of being redirected
Web Portal - Documents
Fixed:
Document Register: Fixed column widths to fit properly on all screen sizes without horizontal scrolling
