Checklist Group Metrics Dashboard

This article will give you a rundown on how to create a Group Metrics Dashboard filter, and explain how it is helpful to your business.

Updated over a year ago

Group metric dashboards allow you to see the overview of the score for the selected checklists by regions or sites.

To find your Checklist Group Metrics Dashboard click the Reporting tab and then click Checklist Group Metrics Dashboard.

1. Select a currently existing Dashboard view, or if there is no existing view, skip this step.

2. Click on the “Select Filters" button on the right side.

3. Various filters will appear to allow you to create your own custom Group Metric Dashboard:

  • Select Checklist: Allows the user to choose which checklist will be represented within the Metric Dashboard. (The Garden Checklist is used in this example.)

  • Report by: Allows the user to see results on the dashboard for a chosen period in time. (Date range allows the user to select a specific starting and ending date for the dashboard)

  • Report on: Allows the user to choose what areas of the business are reported on within the dashboard. This is similar to the Summary Dashboard. In this example we will choose “Site Alias”, and it is recommended to be selected. This allows any site tied to a specific alias to be represented within the dashboard. An advantage of this option is that it allows future sites that may be added to be reflected in the dashboard, so long as that alias is tied to it.

  • Select Site Alias: Allows the users to choose which aliases will be represented within the dashboard. You can select site alias(es) you’re after by double clicking them or to click on the little single arrow button () and any selected site alias(es) will be pushed to the right hand side.

  • Select Sites: This will be greyed out and unable to be used when the user is reporting on Site Aliases, as all the sites tied to the selected site alias(es) are selected automatically. If you wish to modify site selection, then go back to step 3 and choose “Site” instead of “Site Alias”.

4. Click the blue 'Save as New Filter' button

5. The 'Save Dashboard' box will appear. Ticking the ‘Add to dashboard view’ box will ensure your new Dashboard view is added and on the group metric dashboard screen for you to use.

6. Once you have saved this, three graphs will appear. A bar chart, a line graph and a radar chart.

  • You can check the percentage of completion, score, number of checklists completed, number of unanswered questions.

  • Average score by site; You can click on the site’s bar graph to check further details as well.

  • Line graph shows the comparison of daily average score of all selected sites per month

  • Group result shows the percentage per question section
