This article explains how to export 1Place data into an excel format.

All the data entered into 1Place can be exported into an excel format.

To export data go to the “Reporting” tab and click “Excel Reports.”

Various different types of reports are available to be exported on this screen:

Click on the blue text for the report you would like to export. Here are the available reports that can be exported:

Checklist Answers Report

This report enables you to pull out your checklist data at a question level. You can select any checklist over a specific date range. Additionally, you can filter all the questions that you need to export or export the entire checklist.

When you have click on the blue 'Checklist Answers Report' you will be taken to a second screen with various options as shown below.

  • From & To: Choose where the data in the report starts and ends.

  • Checklist type: Either Franchisee (Center) or Site (Room).

  • Tag: If you have created a tag you may use it here.

  • Answer Type: Answer or Score.

  • Checklist: Select which checklist template will be used for this excel report.

  • Version: Select the relevant template version if applicable.

  • Room Alias: Allows you to quickly add rooms to the report through aliases.

  • Checklist Question Filters: Allows you to choose which questions will appear within the report.

Once you have completed all of these options, click the green 'Export as Excel' button to download an excel file report.

Checklist Answers Group Report

This report is similar to the Checklist Answers Report. However, when you select this report, it will only pull out the questions in the first grouping of your selected checklist. If the questions in each group are not the same, there is no guarantee that the columns will align properly.

Checklist Change History Report

This report allows you to see all the changes or updates made in a submitted checklist at the question level. You will see the updated checklist details, such as the name, version, date of the update, name of the user who made the changes, and all the questions along with their updated answers.

Checklist Enquiry Tracker Report

This report allows you to see all the total answers in each checklist at the question level within a specific date range.

When you have click on the blue 'Checklist Enquiry Tracker Report' you will be taken to a second screen with various options as shown below.

First, set the date range, then select the name of the checklist for which you need to get the data. You may select all the questions, but you also have the option to tick only the questions you want to appear in the report.

Checklist Exception Report

This report allows you to pull out all the details of the scheduled checklist that have not yet been completed, including the Room Name.

Checklist Photos Report

This report allows you to pull out all images in a template for a particular center or multiple centers.

You have the option to select all the Rooms/Centers with submitted checklists, and all the photos in the submitted checklists will appear in one report.

Checklist Report

In this report, all the checklist details, such as the center/room name, aliases, scoring, date range of the report, and the checklist questions, are consolidated into a single document.

This report allows you to see all the scores and answers at the question level, the total score/percentage per grouping, and the total score/percentage for the entire checklist.

Center Details Report

This report allows you to pull out all the details of a center/franchise, including the center/franchise name, email, address, the associated attributes, and aliases.

You can also select specific fields/details you want to appear in the report.

Hazard Register Report

This report provides a comprehensive overview of all the hazards listed in the Hazard Register. It includes details such as the hazard name, associated consequences, actions to be taken (whether to eliminate or minimize), controls in place, the person responsible for managing the hazard, and the number of incidents reported or linked to each hazard.

Incidents Report

This report allows you to pull out all incidents of a certain type or from a specific room over a certain date range.

You can view this report in the browser or export as excel/pdf.

Leads Report

This report is a legacy feature that no longer works. It is on our list to be removed from the instance.

Notes Report

This report allows you to pull out all the added notes in the Center/Room details.

You can also select specific center/room notes you want to include in the report.

Room Report

This report allows you to pull out all the details of a room/site, including the room/site name, email, address, the associated group contract, attributes, and aliases.

You can also select specific fields/details you want to appear in the report.

Ticket Photos Report

This report allows you to pull out all the photos in the submitted tickets.

Summary Tickets Report

This report allows you to view all consolidated tickets, including details such as the date created, due date, priority, and all related conversations. You can view this report in the browser or export it as an Excel or PDF file.
