Ticket PDF Layouts allows the user to create and customize a layout for when they export tickets to PDF.

To access this page click the ‘Settings' tab, click ‘PDF Layouts' and select 'Ticket PDF Layouts'

To start a new Ticket PDF Layout click the green '+Add Layout' button on the right side of the screen.

This will take you to a separate Layout Details page:

You may start by giving the layout a Name and Title for your Ticket PDF Layout.

You may now customize the header of the Ticket PDF Layout through various checkboxes. This includes choosing if you would like to show the Ticket Category, Subject, etc. on the PDF.

The final set of options allows the user to choose which contact details will appear on the layout. These include the email, center (franchisee), etc.

Click the green save button in the bottom right of the screen to save your Ticket PDF Layout. It will now appear on the front page of Ticket PDF Layouts.
