In the my details screen the user is able to add and edit their personal details on their 1Place instance.
To access My Details, click the Settings tab, and click 'My Details' at the very top.
Details that can be changed:
First, Middle and Last Names.
Profile: Which profile the user is using.
Time Zone: Which time zone the user is living within.
Work, Home and Mobile Phone numbers.
Default Page Size: will determine how many results the system will show you (by default) per page. (For example, when you navigate to the Site Manager, it will show you a maximum of 100 Sites with the current Setting.)
Updating your password:
To update your password click the ‘Change Password’ button in the bottom right.
In the following screen you are required to fill in 3 fields:
Current Password; the Password you currently use to login to 1Place
New Password; Please note that your new Password requires at least 10 characters (and 1 upper case)
Confirm Password; Enter your new Password again in this field
Click the green 'Save' button once you've entered all details.
To finish up with your changes click the green update button at the bottom right of the main details screen.
