In 1Place you may change labels for many areas of your instance.

To access Customize Labels click the Settings tab and then click ‘Customize Labels.’

You may change your ‘Menu Labels’ which are the names of the tabs at the top of your 1Place instance. For example, you may want to change the default of ‘Sites’ to ‘Rooms.’

You may change your ‘Franchise Labels.' For example, in a childcare business, Franchisees may be changed to ‘Centers.'

You may change your Site Labels. For example, in a childcare business, you may want to change this to 'Rooms.'

You may change your Ticket Labels.

You may also change your Health & Safety Labels.

Click the green ‘Save’ button at the bottom right of the page to save your changes.
