Checklist Settings

Checklist Settings allow you to customise how checklists behave in the 1Place Mobile App and how overdue checklists are managed.

Accessing Checklist Settings

To access Checklist Settings:

  1. On the Web Portal, navigate to Checklist Manager tab.

  2. Select Checklist Settings.

  3. Update the settings as required.

  4. Click the Save button to apply your changes.


Checklist App Setting – Use Photo Gallery on Mobile App

This setting controls how educators can add photos to checklists in the 1Place Mobile App.

When enabled

Educators can:

  • Take a new photo using their device's camera.

  • Upload an existing photo from their device's Photo Gallery.

When disabled

Educators can:

  • Take photos using the device's camera only.

  • They will not be able to upload photos that are already saved on their device.

    This setting is useful if your service prefers all checklist photos to be captured live at the time the checklist is completed.


Overdue Checklists

This setting determines how many days an outstanding checklist remains in the Overdue section.

How it works

Enter the number of days you would like overdue checklists to remain visible before they are no longer displayed in the Overdue section.

For example:

  • 7 days means the checklist will remain visible as overdue for 7 calendar days.

Note: The overdue period counts all calendar days, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Note: Exception Calendar rules do not affect the overdue timeframe. Any scheduled closures or exception days are not excluded from the overdue calculation.


Save your changes

Once you've finished configuring your settings, click the green Save button to apply your changes.

Your updated settings will take effect immediately.
