This article explains the single Ticket Setting within 1Place.

There is one Ticket Setting in 1Place.

To access Ticket Settings click the Ticket Manager tab and then click ‘Ticket Settings.’

When this Setting is enabled the email address stored against the Franchisee / Site will be automatically populated when a new Ticket is created, making it faster to create tickets.

Click the green ‘Save’ button to save your changes.
