Within the 1Place app, you can see a list of your Franchisees (Centers).

There are two ways to view your list of Franchisees:

1. On the Dashboard page you may click the Franchisees button at the top of the page

2. Click the three lines at the top right of the page, and select ‘Franchisees.’

Both of these methods will take you to a page with a list of all of your Franchisees within your 1Place instance.

Clicking on one of your Franchisees will bring you to a screen where you can see their specific Details, Checklists to do, Tickets and Notes. Rather than the Dashboard showing the entire businesses checklists, etc, the Franchisees section allows the user to see specific information only relating to their chosen Franchisee.

Clicking the pink plus+ button brings up a menu from the bottom which allows the user to start a new checklist, ticket, note or incident for this specific franchisee.

As a whole, the Franchisee tab allows the user to be more specific in finding checklists, tickets and incidents regarding their chosen Franchisee.
