Introduction

INSPECT what you EXPECT.

It's a phrase that we love to use and for good reason. If you're not inspecting what you're expecting you are missing out on two important things; firstly, you won't know when you are close to your target. Secondly, you have no way of qualifying whether the decisions you make are the best ones for your business. In other words, it is being able to map where each center sits against your expected best practice standards. This is especially important when it comes to Health & Safety in your childcare center.

Group reporting

Our Group reports include Incident line and column graphs, which provides the ability to view by severity or injury type, the number of these types and the record count.

Incident Number Report

This report allows you to view the numbers of severity or injury types by room. This will enable you to look out for any possible hazards or processes in the room that require attention.

Incident Line Report

This report allows you to view the injury and/or severity of injury for a specific date range. This gives you the ability to track weekly or monthly trends (depending on how the report is set) of the injury type to enable you to analyze the data and mitigate risk.

Incident Pie Report

This report allows you make trend analysis by injury and/or severity of injury over a specific date range to mitigate risk.

The Incident Line Report and the Incident Pie Report provide the same information in in different formats and it is dependent on your personal preference on how you wish to view the information.
