Users can access lockers nationwide using the app or a QR-enabled App Clip without needing to download the full app. This feature is ideal for temporary storage during errands, travel, events, or shared use with others.
Accessing the Feature via the App:
From the 1Roof app home screen, users should tap the featured call-to-action labeled “Locker Rentals – Nationwide On-Demand 'Tap-and-Go'” and select “Take me There.” This directs them to a map and search function showing nearby available lockers. Users can filter by city or current location and select their preferred rental duration—hourly, daily, or weekly.
App Clip Functionality (No Download Needed):
If a user doesn’t have the app installed, they can scan the QR code found on the side of any locker to launch an App Clip—a lightweight version of the app that enables quick rental functionality. Payment and Confirmation:
After selecting a locker and rental duration, users complete payment using their standard payment methods. Once confirmed, they receive an in-app locker access code and real-time status updates for their reservation.
Reopen and Manage Access:
Users who rent a locker can reopen and close it as many times as they like during the rental period. Additionally, lockers can be assigned to other iOS users, allowing shared or delegated access. This is ideal for families, event organizers, or team use.

For troubleshooting or additional support, users can access the Help Center within the app or contact the 1Roof support team via Zendesk. Assistance is available for issues like access problems, billing, or locker assignments.
Where do I click to enter the locker rental section?
First thing you need to do is fie the Call to Action (CTA) on the home page of RentiFi that says 'Locker Rentals' then click 'Take Me There'.
This will open up the locker rental detail page where you can then select the size of the locker, the duration of the rental as well as which location you are interested in reserving.
If you don't see any addresses listed here, you need to update your preferred locker locations in 'My Account' which can be found in the top right part of your app on the home page.
From there select 'Preferred Locker Locations' and proceed to find the lockers closest to you. You can select multiple lockers at the same time, allowing you the freedom to choose whatever location is closer when the time calls for it.
