Once a transaction has progressed beyond active interaction, such as a completed ride or returned rental, the next destination for tracking and history is the Rentals Tab within the selected marketplace (e.g., RentiRide, Rentifi, BookiFi). This tab serves as your long-term ledger for past and present engagements and is distinct from the Actions Tab, which focuses on real-time tasks.

As an example, these are completed rentals in the RentiRide marketplace:

In RentiRide, the Rentals Tab divides items into multiple stages such as Active, Pending, and Complete. A vehicle will remain marked as "Active" even after return, until a final inspection by a RentiRide admin confirms no damage. Only then does the status move to “Complete.” This feature ensures both accountability and peace of mind for all parties involved.

You can see a transaction history if you select 'Evolution D5 Ranger Plus' which which will show you the following screens:

You can scroll down in this section and also see your fee breakdown:

For users managing rentals across multiple marketplaces, this structure allows you to view your full transaction history at a glance while still filtering by current status. Whether you’re reviewing a past tool rental on Rentifi, checking the progress of a book loan through BookiFi, or confirming a ride’s completion in RentiRide, each marketplace’s Rentals Tab empowers you with clarity, continuity, and a full audit trail all under the 1Roof ecosystem.
