Why would you need to recover your account?

When trying to sign in on a new phone or after reinstalling the app, you will not be able to receive the SMS code due to the data reset that occurs during uninstallation, so you must initiate the account recovery process by clicking the "Have a problem" button:

During the recovery process, you will be required to attach a copy of your passport as well as confirm your email address. After that, your account access should be restored.

Important: All your connected devices will be disconnected

Please note that the recovery process is needed when reinstalling the app or trying to access your account from the new device. You will not need to go through it if the app has been updated by us :)
