Requesting Account Deletion and Data Removal

At Omniwire, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data and account, you can do so by contacting us at legal@omniwire.com.

What Happens When You Request Data Deletion:

  1. Data Deletion Request: Upon receiving your request, we will begin the process of removing your personal data from our systems. This includes deleting your account and any associated personal information. You will not have access to your account or to any of your personal information that you have provided to us after your account has been deleted.

  2. Retention of Required Information: Please note that as a financial application, we are legally required to retain certain of your personal information for a specified period, even after your account is deleted. This may include transaction records, account history, and other data necessary to comply with financial regulations.

  3. Confirmation: Once your personal Informaton has been removed, and any required information has been securely retained, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This email will inform you of your personal information we have removed, and the personal information we have, by legal, financial and regulatory requirements, retained.
