If you deposit into 1v1Me, all funds should be used to stake. 1v1Me has a 1X playthrough requirement, which means you need to play through all deposited funds once before withdrawing them.

If a match gets canceled the funds will be returned back to your wallet. You must use these funds to stake a player / team again - you are not able to withdraw these funds.
