What is staking?

Staking allows you to back a players buy-in for one of our daily tournaments and get a percentage of the prize pool if they win.

All matches are live streamed in real-time and monitored by a live referee.

How do the returns work?

All teams start at the same returns.

As more money gets staked on an individual team, the returns go down.

The returns can also go up as more money gets staked on different teams.

What happens after I place my stake?

Your stakes return does not lock until the event starts.

Once your stake is placed, you cannot undo it.

What is the minimum amount I can win?

The most your stakes returns will go down to is a minimum payout of 120% (ex: on a $100 stake you would be guaranteed at least $120 if your team wins).

If the returns on a team drop to the minimum payout (120%), that team will be marked as “Sold Out”. When teams are “Sold Out,” you can no longer stake them. However, a team that is sold out could become open again if other teams receive more stakes.

Should I just wait until right before the event starts to place my stakes?

Waiting until right before the event starts will give you the most accurate returns.

But be careful, if a team is a favorite, they may sell out before you can place your stake!
