Staking means backing a pro player's buy-in in a 1v1Me-hosted match or event for a share of the prize pool. Review the matchup, choose the player you want to back, and set your stake. If the player you back wins, you receive your share of the pool after fees, shown in the app as a payout multiplier.

All matches are live-streamed in real time and monitored by live referees.

Starting multipliers are set using player stats and the balance of stakes on each player.

A 1x multiplier returns exactly what you staked. A 2x multiplier on a $10 stake pays $20 if the player you back wins. If they lose, you lose your stake.

Your multiplier locks the moment you stake on a match winner.

Super Stakes work differently. They're confirmed instantly, can offer higher multipliers, and their multiplier keeps changing until the match starts.

There's no fixed minimum. Multipliers can go below 1.2x or as high as 76x. To set the lowest multiplier you'll accept, use a Min. Return Stake.

You don't need to. Your multiplier locks the moment you stake, so you can stake earlier.

For Super Stakes, many stakers wait until right before the match, since the multiplier keeps changing until it starts.
