If a player is injured in real life they will be injured in the game.

Please note: We cannot control when the games may choose to update their rosters - so whatever the live roster is in the game is what the players will be allowed to use. Players are at their sole discretion to change their lineup however they would like and are not required to use specific players or lineup formats.
