Any player that competes CANNOT stake.
We monitor their household through geolocation and IP to ensure no associated devices are also staking.

Each match is watched in real-time by two trained referees who look for irregularities in gameplay, suspicious behavior, and potential violations of platform rules.
✔️ Pre-Match ID & Equipment Verification
15 minutes before the event, we conduct a video call check-in with each player.
Players must turn on their camera and verify their identity with the ID on file.
Equipment & software checks are performed to ensure no malicious tools, scripts, or cheats are being used.
Match rules and fair play guidelines are reviewed with each player.

We flag instances where a partner’s household has other devices placing stakes on their matches, helping prevent collusion and unauthorized activities.
💰 Financial & Forensic Reviews
After each match, we analyze how much was won and from which accounts to detect unusual patterns.
We investigate whether accounts placing stakes on a match are connected to the partner in any way (shared IPs, device IDs, financial connections).
Our system flags irregularities in staking behavior, including potential collusion or coordinated betting activity.
📊 Post-Match Review & Enforcement
Once a match is complete, we conduct a comprehensive post-match review that includes:
✔️ Reviewing match footage for any irregularities.
✔️ Analyzing staking patterns & user behavior for suspicious activity.
✔️ Processing player reports and assessing complaints.
🚨 If we find any evidence of match-fixing, cheating, or fraudulent behavior, we take immediate action:
✅ Refunding all stakes and returning all fees in full.
✅ Permanently banning the player, their device, and their household from 1v1Me.
✅ Pursuing legal action against the individuals involved in fraudulent activity.
🚫 What We Do NOT Overturn
We understand that not every game goes as expected, but gameplay decisions and strategies are subjective. We do not overturn results based on:
❌ Players choosing certain plays, strategies, or loadouts.
❌ Allegations of "losing on purpose" without clear, verifiable evidence.
❌ Frustration over an unexpected outcome.

To properly investigate a match dispute, we require video evidence in cases of:
🎥 Glitches or Exploits – Submit a clear, unedited clip showing the violation.
🎥 Match-Fixing Allegations – Provide timestamped footage proving a player intentionally lost.
Without verifiable proof, we cannot take action on a complaint.

To maintain a fair experience for all users, repeated false reports or complaints without evidence may result in temporary support restrictions.
