Once a match is complete, we conduct a comprehensive post-match review that includes:

❌ Frustration over an unexpected outcome.

To properly investigate a match dispute, we require video evidence in cases of:

🎥 Match-Fixing Allegations – Provide timestamped footage proving a player intentionally lost.
Without verifiable proof, we cannot take action on a complaint.

To maintain a fair experience for all users, repeated false reports or complaints without evidence may result in temporary support restrictions.
