Integrating HiBob with your Store dashboard allows you to automatically synchronize selected groups of people data from your company.
Benefits:
People added or removed from HiBob will be automatically added and removed from your Store on a daily basis.
Setup Instructions
Part 1: HiBob Setup
Access HiBob Integrations: In HiBob, go to Settings β Integrations.
Select Service Users: Select the "Service users" automation.
Create New Service User: Click on the "New service user" button.
Name Service User: Name your new service "your Store" and click "Next."
Copy Service User ID: From the "Service User info" screen, copy the ID.
Begin Permission Group Setup: In HiBob, go to Account β Permission groups.
Add Permission Group: Select the "Add permission group" button.
Name Permission Group: You can name the new group "your Store" and click the "Select people" button.
Remove Default Condition: Remove the available condition by clicking the trash bin icon (appears when hovering to the right of the condition).
Assign Service User: Click on "Add specific Employees," and select the added "your Store" service user. Click "Apply" and then "Apply" again to save.
Create Permission Group: Click "Create" to finalize the new group.
Configure People's Data: In the new group's settings, go to the "People's Data" tab.
Edit People's Data: Click on the "Edit" button.
Define Sync Rules: Set the rules that will define the people group that is synchronized with your Store. Add any necessary conditions based on your HiBob data.
Enable Birthday Sync (Optional): To enable birthday synchronization, go to People > Personal, and check the "View Selected employee's personal sections" box.
Save Permission Group Settings: Click "Save" and then "Apply" to save the created group settings.
Part 2: Your Store Dashboard Setup
Access Your Store Dashboard: Open your Store dashboard in a new tab and go to the "People & Budget" screen.
Initiate HRIS Sync:
Click the "Upload people" button.
Select the "Sync HIRS" option.
Select HiBob Integration: Select the "HiBob" integration.
Enter Integration Details: Paste the ID and the User Token from your HiBob Service User Info screen. You do not need to enter any information in the "Hibob API key" and "Report ID" fields.
Part 3: Finalizing Integration
Integrate Systems: Switch back to your Store dashboard and click on "Integrate." The system will then begin pulling the people from the created group in your HiBob system.
Synchronization Complete: Once the initial sync is completed, your employees will appear in your Store dashboard. Data will continue to sync automatically on a daily basis.
Congratulations! Your HiBob and your Store integration is now set up. π

People added or removed from HiBob will be automatically added and removed from your Covver store as well on a daily basis.
Follow the steps below, to setup your integration.
1. In order to sync the systems, please access your Hibob, and go to the Settings > Integrations screen
2. Select the "Service users" automation.
3. And then click on the "New service user" button
4. Name your new service "Covver" and click "Next".
5. From the "Service User info" screen, copy the ID.
6. Access your Covver dashboard, in a new tab, and go to the "People & Budget" screen.
7. Select the "Upload people" button, and then "Sync HIRS" option.
8. Select the "HiBob" integration.
9. Paste the ID and then the User Token from your HiBob Service User Info screen. There is no need to enter any information in the two additional fields (Hibob API key, and Report ID).
10. Before your click on "Integrate", lets switch quickly back to your Hibob system to finish the setup.
11. On your Hibob system, go to the Account > Permission groups screen, under your settings.
12. Select the "Add permission group" button.
13. You can name the new group "Covver", and hit the "Select people" button.
14. Remove the available condition, by clicking on the trash bin icon (appears when hovering to the right of the condition).
15. Click on "Add specific Employees", and select the added Covver service user. Click "Apply" and then "Apply" again in order to save the settings.
16. Click "Create" in order to create the new group.
17. Under the new groups settings, move to the "People's Data" tab.
18. Click on the "Edit" button, and now you can set the rules that will define the people group that is synced with Covver.
19. Feel free to add any required condition according to the data available in your HiBob system.
20. In order to support a birthday sync with Covver, please go to People > Personal, and then check the "View Selected employee's personal sections" box.
21. Click "Save" and then "Apply" in order to save the created group.
22. You can now switch back to Covver dashboard, and click on "Integrate", once this is done, the system will start pulling the people from the created group in your HiBob system.
23. When the initial sync is completed, you will see your employees in Covver dashboard. They will now continually sync on a daily basis.
