If you purchased an E-ticket(s) online but can't find it anymore in your emails, don’t panic. You can always download it from your user center  - “My Order” or resend it to your email.

Here is the way to do it.

1) Log in to your account and click the top right icon and choose “My Order”

2) You can click “RESEND ORDER EMAIL”

you can change to another easy way to do it is to click on order and click on the E-ticket link to download it.
