My refund request has been approved but it's been 'X' amount of days and i'm still waiting, where's my money?
We know this is frustrating, rest assured we're doing all we can to get your money back to you. Please see the usual timeline for a refund below (but remember this isn't always the case, especially for more complicated refunds)
Step 1 (1-2 working days): Refund is approved and 247tickets starts processing it.
Step 2 ( Less than 1 working day): Refund is processed on our system and then sent to payment processor.
Step 3 (1-10 working days depending on payment type): This is by far the longest part of the process, this is where we rely on our payment processor and your bank to do their thing. It can take up to 10 working days for you to see your funds back in your account. Here are some general processing timelines depending on payment type
WeChat Wallet: Usually instant refund
WeChat to your bank card: 2 or 3 working days depending on your bank
Alipay: Usually instant but can take up to 2 working days
Chinese bank: Ranges hugely, some banks process in a day, some take up to 10 days.
Credit/Debit Card: Our processor takes 1 working day to process the refund but then the wait ranges depending on what bank you use. Generally US banks are a bit slower, European, Australian and NZ banks are a bit quicker but all can take up to 10-15 working days sometimes. The best way to speed it up is to call your bank and tell them you're expecting a refund from '247TICKETS, INC' - usually they're quite accommodating and will process it a bit faster.
Paypal account: Usually instant but you have to accept an email from Paypal to finish the processing
Paypal card processing: Can take a long time, sometimes up to 15 working days.
I've waited like, a month. I'm still not seeing anything. Give me my money!
