You can check the status of your meeting via ‘Meetings overview’.

Here is a list of statuses and their definition:

Scheduled

A meeting scheduled by the user or booked by the guest. 

A meeting scheduled automatically after the user accepted a request for live-now meeting from guest.

A meeting rescheduled by user/guest will have ‘scheduled’ in status

Cancelled

A meeting is cancelled by user/guest.

Missed

A meeting is defined as ‘missed’ if the user didn't enter the room. The meeting show‘missed’ in ‘Meetings Overview’ after the meeting time + meeting pre-set duration + 2 hours.

Failed

A meeting is defined as ‘failed’ if the user or guest entered the room but couldn't complete onboarding. The meeting will show as ‘failed’ in ‘Meetings Overview’ after the meeting time + meeting pre-set duration + 2 hours.

Live

A meeting is defined as ‘Live’ to show that it’s still running. Now, a meeting is still running if:

The user entered the meeting by pressing the ‘ENTER ROOM’ button

The user didn’t end the meeting from the red button at the bottom of the meeting room so the meeting hasn’t ended technically.

Completed

A meeting is defined as ‘Complete’ to show that it’s finished. Now, a meeting is finished if:

The user clicked the red button at the bottom of the meeting room.

Both user and guest entered the meeting room and meeting time + meeting pre-set duration + 2 hours have passed.
