Step 1: Login and go to "my account" and add a profile picture.
Step 2: Go to "company settings" and add your logo and colour code.
Step 3: Go to "availability" and connect your calendar.
Step 4: Go to "add-ons" and enable the features you want to use.
Step 5: Go to "users & groups" to add your colleagues to the account.
