The 24sessions environment is automatically displayed in the same language as your browser.

What does that mean for the users?
24sessions is automatically displayed in the same language as your browser. Do you still prefer to change the language? This is easily done by clicking on the flag at the top right corner. This flag can be found on every page in the product at the top right.

 
What does that mean for the customer?
As soon as the customer enters the conversation, this environment is automatically displayed in the same language as their browser. The customer also has the option to manually adjust the language by clicking on the flag at the top right corner.


Once the customer has successfully entered the conversation, they can no longer change languages.

This update does not apply to communication sent from 24sessions or any CRM integration such as email confirmations.
