What is it?
The My Account functionality enables users to set up and manage their account settings. Users can set up the following information:
Profile url - this is the URL that can be used for the booking form of the agent. When you share this url with the customer, the customer can directly book a meeting with the agent.
Timezone - when you are located in a different time zone it is important to change this setting to the correct time zone. The time of the booked video calls and the availability of agents is based on the time zone of the agent.

The information of agents can help to make the communication towards your customers more personal. Adding for example the email and phone number of the agent to the signature in the email will make not only the look & feel better but it will also give your customers the opportunity to get in contact with the agent if necessary.
Agents can manage the settings themselves, so it saves admins time in managing the accounts.
When making use of our API, you are even able to create a rich profile of your agents. This profile can be useful for making connections between 24sessions and other tools
What are the frequently asked questions about this feature?
Where will the Account information be shown?
The name, email address, phone number, job title and phone number can be shown in communication towards the customer. With placeholders you can automatically add this information to the email and SMS notifications and to the ICS files (the calendar invitations). The profile picture is not something that can be shown yet in communication.
Can we add the profile picture of the agent to the customer journey?
The profile picture can not be added to the different sections of the customer journey (for example the confirmation emails, and meeting room).
