What is it?

The My Account functionality enables users to set up and manage their account settings. Users can set up the following information:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Password

  • Profile url - this is the URL that can be used for the booking form of the agent. When you share this url with the customer, the customer can directly book a meeting with the agent.

  • Timezone - when you are located in a different time zone it is important to change this setting to the correct time zone. The time of the booked video calls and the availability of agents is based on the time zone of the agent.

  • Phone number

  • Job title

  • Location

  • Profile picture

What is the added value?

Why do our customers use this feature?

  • The information of agents can help to make the communication towards your customers more personal. Adding for example the email and phone number of the agent to the signature in the email will make not only the look & feel better but it will also give your customers the opportunity to get in contact with the agent if necessary.

  • Agents can manage the settings themselves, so it saves admins time in managing the accounts.

  • When making use of our API, you are even able to create a rich profile of your agents. This profile can be useful for making connections between 24sessions and other tools
