Why doesn't my information synch between the web and the app?

Did you add some events in the calendar but your co-parent doesn't see them?
Has your co-parent paid the subscription and yet you have to pay a subscription when you connect to your account? It is possible that you and your co-parent have created 2 different families.
You are not communicating via the same family. You have to change the family.  On the web version, please click on the arrow next to your first names: 

You can change your default family and deactivate the wrong one:

On the mobile app, please go to the "Family" area and at the bottom of the screen, tap on "select another family". Please log out and log in again after changing from the default family.
