How do I remove a third party?

If you no longer want a third party to have access to your family, you have two options:

Disable the third party yourself

You can disable a third party from the web version of 2houses:

  1. Go to My Family.

  2. Open the Members section.

  3. Disable the third party.

Once disabled, the third party will no longer have access to your family's information.

Permanently remove a third party

If you want the third party to be permanently removed from your family, please contact the 2houses Support Team.

For security reasons, only our team can permanently remove a family member from an account.
