In connection with the 360° feedback

The "Trust Factor" information can be found in the 360-Talents Application and in connection with the 360° feedback. The 360° feedback is about assessing the skills of specialists and managers from different perspectives and replaces the usual method of reference information in recruitment processes.

Self-assessment supplemented with external assessments

The focus of the 360° feedback method is the candidate, or as we call it, a talent. The purpose is to determine a person's soft skills as accurately as possible. To do this, the talent carries out a self-assessment and also appoints up to four reference people from their own professional environment for external assessments.

The "Trust Factor" is derived from the number of assessments carried out

The soft skills of a candidate are determined from the self-assessment carried out and the 1 to a maximum of 4 external assessments by reference persons. The "Trust Factor" is derived from the assessments carried out. The more assessments there are, the higher the "Trust Factor".

Example: If no assessments have been carried out, the Trust Factor is 0; if both self-assessments have been carried out, the Trust Factor is 2; if both self-assessments have been carried out and supplemented with an external assessment, the Trust Factor is 3, etc.

A detailed description of the 360° feedback method can be found here: 360° feedback method.
