Answers to the question of practical implementation
Anyone can acquire knowledge today. Many people think that existing knowledge, such as qualifications and professional experience, is enough to prove competence. In reality, however, questions are more about the understanding of a particular subject, the findings and, above all, the implementation in practice. What is important is not the knowledge, but how a person applies their knowledge in practice.
Or to put it more casually: A person can be as qualified as they like, but if they do not fit into the team or the company culture, they are unlikely to achieve top performance from the employment relationship.
