Putting soft skills at the center
Personnel development usually means qualifying training and further education. But alongside hard skills, soft skills are at least as important, if not more important. By applying the scientific competency framework of 360-Talents, the development of soft skills can be put at the center. Soft skills are not just theory, but are understandable with practical examples.
"Developable talents" are therefore candidates who can be developed in the area of hard skills, soft skills or both.
